Estimate – 24 hour turnaround for a quote or a request for additional information. Estimates can be requested by telephone, fax, email. (or quote request link?)

Standard Turnaround – 24 hours for a proof (choice of paper by Merlin International). Extra time and costs may be incurred if a specific substrate or color quality is required.

After the proof is approved and signed, a maximum of three days is required to print and finish the job. If a job requires finishing not available in house, additional time may be required for standard turnaround.

Jobs may be expedited (up to same day service depending on schedule availability) for an additional premium.

For clients in good standing, billing is net 30.

For clients who have not established an account with Merlin International, payment is expected at time of delivery.
